We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Extreme Sanitation Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our manufacturing facility, including working in heated areas with temperatures up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are safe for consumption and our work environment is clean and organized.Shift: M-F: 12PM-8:30PMKey Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, machinery, and work areas.Adhere to all company sanitation guidelines and safety protocols.Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and sanitation inspections.Assist in the development and implementation of sanitation procedures and protocols.Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing processes during cleaning activities.Work in heated areas with temperatures up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in sanitation or janitorial work, preferably in a food manufacturing environment, is a plus.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.Comfortable working in heated areas with temperatures up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.BenefitsPerformance BonusesHealth InsuranceEmployee Rewards ProgramReferral ProgramRetirement PlanTuition ReimbursementPurpose Workforce is a full-service staffing and placement firm that believes in investing in the talent we hire.
