Job Opportunity: Vascular Surgeon Join a dedicated healthcare team in beautiful Pueblo, Colorado, where you ll have the unique opportunity to practice in a facility that prioritizes patient care and innovation. This permanent position is for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to collaborate with two experienced vascular surgeons and three physician assistants. Enjoy a supportive work environment, which includes access to three full-time vascular technicians and a dedicated hybrid operating room. Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care as part of a collaborative surgical team. Engage with a robust network of specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment. Manage shared on-call duties among four surgeons. Utilize the EPIC EMR system for efficient patient management. Lead initiatives that improve healthcare delivery in alignment with UCHealth's mission. Participate in continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Vascular Surgery (new graduates will not be considered). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery. Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain. Clean malpractice history preferred. DEA certification must be obtained prior to start. License and Certification Requirements: Active Colorado medical license, or willingness to obtain. Board Certified or Board Eligible status in Vascular Surgery. DEA certification. No visa sponsorships available.
