We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Leader to lead our AI initiatives across business, operations, marketing, and technology.

Furnitureland South is looking for a visionary AI Leader with a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, marketing savvy, and technology know-how to drive the strategic utilization of AI across our organization. As the AI Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by harnessing the power of AI to enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive innovation.

Essential Functions and responsibilities

AI Strategy Development:

Develop and lead the AI strategy for Furnitureland South, aligning it with our business goals and vision.

2.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, sales, and technology, to identify opportunities for AI integration and facilitate a cohesive AI implementation strategy.

3.

AI Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and management of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

4.

Technology Integration:

Evaluate, select, and implement AI technologies and tools that best align with the company's objectives and capabilities.

5.

Data-driven Decision Making:

Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, using AI and machine learning to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

6.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

Use AI to create personalized, efficient, and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints, from online browsing to in-store shopping.

7.

Operational Optimization:

Implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, supply chain, and customer service.

8.

Marketing Innovation:

Develop and execute AI-powered marketing strategies to enhance customer targeting, personalization, and engagement.

9.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing AI team, mentoring and developing team members to ensure a collaborative and innovative environment.

10.

Performance Metrics:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI initiatives and report results to senior leadership.

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing.

2. Proven leadership experience in AI, data science, or technology with a strong track record of success in implementing AI solutions.

3. Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of the furniture retail industry.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Adept at fostering collaboration and teamwork across diverse departments and functions.

7. Experience with AI tools, platforms, and frameworks is a plus.

8. Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with AI trends and best practices.

Preferred Education and Experience

Master's degree or MBA preferred. 1-2 years experience implementing AI technology into an organization, project management, etc.

Working conditions
