Implementation Business Analyst

Identify scenarios and create test scripts for business process testing to effectively test end to end processes and roles
Ability to quickly identify and communicate gaps/roadblocks with a mindset of moving work forward
Outstanding documentation and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines in an organized manner
Proficient in using Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint to efficiently analyze data, identify process gap areas and communicate recommendations
Responsibilities

This role will join a project team working on initiatives within our Global Payroll Operations teams
The Business/Implementation Analyst will be part of the End-to-End Process workstream responsible for ensuring the full end to end processes are reviewed, created and tested in alignment with the new vendor functionality
The Business/Implementation Analyst will work with business partners in reviewing current state processes, creating process maps, documenting business requirements, tracking open issues related to various projects, creating test plans, and updating user procedure documentation in conjunction with subject matter experts
During the project, the analyst will partner with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of deliverables and will be accountable for timely delivery and high-quality results

The Team
This role is part of the Enterprise Human Resources organization working with various teams across our larger Shared Services teams. As a member of the team, you will be an integral part of our Global Payroll initiative.

Dynamic Working
