Role Responsibilities:

End to end project delivery and execution of the DLP in the Cloud project which is part of the overall Cloud Security program. Create project charter and build out a comprehensive project plan by taking interim stop gap plans and fleshing them out. Clearly frame up what we needs to be done for

DLP in the cloud

and align the issues and remediation plans accordingly.

Understand and help drive the overall solution (simple architecture view), an translate this into a detail plan that will span across CT&O, Cloud Office, Cloud Security, EDA and Data Protection teams.

Must Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:

Required Qualifications

1. Project Management Skills:

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) with the ability to apply them effectively in cybersecurity initiatives.

2. Analytical and Organizational Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying, articulating, and managing project dependencies and risks.

- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

3. Communication and Leadership Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, dependencies, and risks to both technical teams and senior management.

- Proven leadership ability to drive action, hold teams accountable, and foster collaboration across various teams.

4. Change Management and Influence:

- Experience with change management and the ability to lead organizational transitions.

- Strong confidence and assertiveness to partner with, drive action, and ensure accountability across various teams.

5. Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and cloud security solutions, specifically data loss prevention.

- Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.

- Experience with Zscaler, Forcepoint, and/or Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps as well as network DLP and CASB.

Desired Qualifications

1. Cyber / Information Security Expertise:

- Broad understanding of data protection (e.g. network DLP), cloud security principles (e.g. CSA CCM), and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).

- Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, defense mechanisms, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry.

2. Degrees or Certifications:

- Bachelor s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.

- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

3. Strategic and Innovative Thinking:

- Ability to think strategically about integrating cybersecurity measures into business processes and technologies.

- Innovative mindset to encourage the adoption of new security technologies and practices.

4. Risk Management Skills:

- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and clearly communicating these to stakeholders.

5. Project Management Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within cybersecurity or IT, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale cybersecurity projects on time and within budget.
