As our Vice President of Human Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing HR team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and attracting and retaining top talent.

Qualifications:

  • An experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the service and manufacturing fields
  • Strategic planner with sound technical skills and operational focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree or equivalent, and minimum of 15 years of related experience, is preferred
  • Proven experience in resolving conflicts and managing complex HR issues
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance in accordance with the Armstrong Group's strategic vision and business models.
  • Translate business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
  • Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans for key positions
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication
  • Enhance and enforce HR policies and procedures for overall effectiveness
  • Continually assess competitiveness of HR programs against comparable companies
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic direction for the organization's environmental health and safety programs
  • Advise and evaluate on mergers and acquisitions activity
