**Job Title: EVS Technician**

**Job Description**

+ The EVS Technician is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facility areas including lunchrooms, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and workspaces. Responsibilities include performing routine cleaning tasks, floor cleaning through buffing, waxing, and mopping, window and wall washing, cleaning light fixtures and ceilings, and responding to emergency cleanup situations involving biohazards. Additionally, the technician will replenish facility supplies, assist with meeting room setups for special events, and ensure compliance with facility safety and cleanliness standards.

**Work Environment**

+ Industrial manufacturing facility with extensive machinery. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, with preferred hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Flexibility in work hours is available to accommodate the right candidate.
