Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they arrive, setting the tone for their dining experience.
  • Efficiently handle reservations, confirm bookings, and optimize seating arrangements.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to seating guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours, providing accurate wait times and updates to waiting guests.
  • Assist guests with special requests, such as highchairs, booster seats, or accommodations for guests with disabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
  • Willingness to collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing guest flow during busy periods.
