**Job Summary**
Per Diem-Hours may vary 8-40 hours a week, but **not** guaranteed. **Metro West Area** Must be available flexible hours and able to work on-call hours and **weekends** . To provide safe and efficient transportation for prospective/existing patients, to and from AdCare.
**Qualifications**
* Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy with effective communication and map reading skills;
* have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
* Excellent Customer Service skills required.
* Own vehicle and auto insurance is desirable.
* Previous transportation experience and knowledge of addiction a plus.
* **Must be 21 years of age.**
**All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) and a CORI background records check.**
