Gestion du département et Leadership: Gérer l'organisation du développement des produits et maintenir l'alignement avec la stratégie commerciale.

Amener du leadership au sein des équipes afin de conduire le changement et accompagner la croissance du bien-être au travail.

Définition et déploiement de la stratégie produit: Interagir avec les clients pour garantir que leurs besoins sont compris.

Définir et déployer la stratégie produit/technologie avec des feuilles de route.

Livrer sur les principaux projets de développement de produits et de développement technologique conformément au plan de mise en œuvre.

Protéger et gérer de manière proactive la propriété intellectuelle.

Gérer et promouvoir le processus du groupe pour augmenter les marges des produits en réduisant les coûts récurrents.

Exigences:

Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme supérieur en ingénierie/domaine technique.

EMBA ou équivalent.

Expérience avérée de 10 à 15 ans dans un rôle de leadership, dans des industries de l'ingénierie de haute technologie/complexes avec gestion de la propriété intellectuelle.

Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais.

Expertise en Lean (une certification serait idéale).

Très analytique et structuré avec un bon niveau de réflexion conceptuelle.

Capacité à comprendre et à contextualiser les besoins des clients.

Très bon sens des affaires.

Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.

Excellentes compétences en leadership avec la capacité d'influencer et de mobiliser à tous les niveaux pour promouvoir la vision et l'objectif.

Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion du changement et en prise de décision.

Ce poste requiert une présence géographique en Suisse Romande, idéalement sur l'axe Berne/Lausanne.
