Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse Anesthetist Job Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Duration: Ongoing Shift: 10 Hours Day Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Minimum Board Certification Required Certifications: - ACLS: Yes Must-Have: - Board Certification required- Fellowship: 1 Job Description: - Work within a team under the supervision of lead CRNA and physicians.- Serve in an inpatient setting with flexible scheduling, preferring 10-hour shifts.- Engage in various patient encounters per shift.- Perform types of surgeries including Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Regional, Thoracic. Specialty Skills: - Preferred experience in General Anesthesia, Adult Anesthesia, and various specialty cases including Obstetrical, Neurosurgical, and Open Heart Anesthesia.- Competence in Trauma, Spinal, Epidural, Regional Anesthesia, and a range of pain management techniques.- Ability to handle post-operative care such as epidural and extremity blocks.- Skills in using x-ray guidance for performing blocks and managing ventilation.- Proficiency in evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues.- Competence in Central Line, Arterial Line, and PA Catheter placement.- CRNA supervision experience preferred.
