Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a structured cost budget for each home based on basic bids, blueprints, contract pricing and upgraded item processing
- Assess extra work orders submitted by builders to review for accuracy and justification.
- Use report for true cost of goods to ensure PMI is high and resources are high quality
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
