CAMP OVERVIEWWillow Lake Day Camp is located in New Jersey on 35 shady acres across from the north shore of Lake Hopatcong. Our campers range in age from Pre-K through 10th grade. We operate Monday through Friday, June 24th through August 16th 2024. We offer Aquatics, Athletics, Arts and Adventure activities plus lots of exciting special events throughout the summerCome be a part of the magic of summer campJob ResponsibilitiesThe Unit Leader will oversee a specific age group, manage staff, supervise daily activities and ensure safety while creating a cohesive team environment. The right candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who has strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be an effective, calm, skilled communicator.Some responsibilities include:Provide ongoing supervision, training and feedback to your staffKeep ongoing communication with camper parents/guardiansCreate/foster an environment for your group so that each camper experiences success during campRecognize, respond to, and provide opportunities for problem solving in the groupEnsure your groups remain on scheduleActively participate in staff training and meetingsSummer 2024 Dates & TimesJune 24th - August 16th, 2024Closed July 4th7:45am - 4:15pm daily at campBenefits and PerksLunch provided dailyMonday through Friday daytime hours only, NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDSTraining is providedOpportunities for your children to attend campApply in minutes on OUR WEBSITE at willowlakedaycamp.com through the 'Work At Camp' section.Please note that Willow Lake is unable to provide housing for staff.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: From $600.00 per weekSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
