Your Role: As our Loan Officer Assistant, youll be the key player in our loan processing team. Youll ensure loan files are complete, assist with marketing efforts, and provide top-notch administrative support. Your efforts will help streamline our processes and keep our clients smiling.
Position Location: Eureka Branch (in-office)
What You'll Do:
- File Mastery: Prepare preliminary loan packages by gathering missing documentation and verifying details.
- Customer Prequalification: Use industry automated underwriting systems to assess customer eligibility.
- Client Communication: Answer general policy and procedure questions, keeping clients informed throughout the loan process.
- Coordination Pro: Work with appraisers and schedule loan closings with precision.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases for Loan Officers.
- Marketing Support: Assist with creative marketing campaigns via mail, email, and online platforms.
- Administrative Support: Handle essential tasks like faxing, emailing, and making calls to keep everything running smoothly.

- Experience: Entry level or previous mortgage lending or related sales experience is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Decision-Making: Make informed business decisions with available information.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
