Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing Estimation and Planning expertise.

•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

•Manage project scope, risks, and issues to ensure successful project delivery.

•Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

•Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

•Excellent communication skills

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Good at Planning and organizing.

•Ability to influence and motivate others

•Strong program management project management product management capability Extensive experience in SDLC software development lifecycle

•Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders' interviews to create structure for generating business documents such as BRDs, etc.

•Ability to lead workshop and drive business process optimization discussions.

•Ability to lead meetings (including Executive-level SteerCo presentations), uphold deadlines through consistently clear communication with stakeholders and cross functional teams.

•Ability to mitigate risks by raising concerns and escalating as necessary to corresponding stakeholders.

•Ability to think creatively while paying attention to small details to make strategic suggestions to streamline processes.

•Ability to create and run UAT tests by stakeholders to understand user acceptance capability.

•Ability to manage risk and mitigation.

•Strong program management project management product management capability Extensive experience in SDLC software development lifecycle

•Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders interviews to create structure for generating business documents such as BRDs, etc.

Qualifications

•5-10 years of PM experience

•While maintaining similar responsibilities to working as a project manager, it may involve the senior project manager taking on supervisor responsibilities for other project managers at the company, while still leading complex project(s)

•Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work.

•Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift

•Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

•Design Thinking

•Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, JIRA Software

•Entrepreneurial Mindset - Willingness and Hunger to work in a challenging and chaotic environment during our company's aggressive growth/startup mode

Physical Requirements

•This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.

•This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

•This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

•Must be 18 years of age or older.

•Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
