Job Summary*
Acts as a contact point between customers, project team, research and development department, and design team, to come up with practical solutions to respond to clients needs.

*
How You Can Be the Impact*

* Provide technical support to existing and new customers of FF Sheet and Film.
* Understands and interprets material requirements of new customers, new products and new business opportunities. Proposes new material solutions based on clients needs and FF delivery capability.
* Conduct industry analysis and recognizes new market/technology trends and opportunities to improve FFs sales and market share.
* *Technical support includes (but is not limited to):*
* *Lamination*
* *Thermoforming*
* *Cold forming and bending*
* *In-mold decoration*
* *Cutting, drilling and routing techniques*
* *Paint, print and adhesion techniques*

* Build advanced process understanding and expertise, and develop training for internal and external customers.
* Support the introduction of new materials with application development ensuring process optimization at customer base.
* Handling, analyzing and reporting of technical issues at customer base.
* Help to manage and maintain client relations, while realizing new business with existing clients and acquiring new clients.
* Feedback customers voice and KPIs.
* Be recognized by customers as an expert in relevant technical areas.

What Matters to SABIC*

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Material/Polymer Science or Relevant work experiences in application development.
* Minimum five (5) years of experience in technical/process/application development.
* A hands-on practical approach to problem solving at customer level
* Strong technical orientation, understanding of multiple processing technologies
* Time management and prioritization
* Have strong analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Plastics product Knowledge
* Provide values and solutions to customers requests.
* Presentation skills.
* Spanish language skills a plus.
* Field role requiring 40-50% travel, mostly within North, South America and Canada region
