Medical Assistant Or LPN

We are looking to add a team member to our office. This position is full time. This employee will be cross trained in multiple areas of the office.
Rooming and call backs, which would include but not limited to.
•Recording patients' vital signs, documenting physicians' notes and changes in medical conditions
•Taking tissue and fluid samples and sending them in for laboratory analysis
•Prepping exam rooms for clinical procedures and assisting practitioners with patient care
•Assisting physicians during routine checkups, outpatient procedures and other physical exams
•Monitoring and documenting patient symptoms for physicians' review during clinical exams
•Preparing and administering medications under the direction of supervising physician
•Calling patients back with results from testing or labs
•taking phone calls and messages from patients
Phone Room:
•Answer and route calls, including taking messages
•Handle a variety of tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and being able to multitask
•Provide excellent customer service to patients
•Other duties as assigned
One late night per week, you will have one night that you assist with another employee in closing the clinic. This is the same late night each week and most of the time is finished by 6pm.
