Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, a Best Place to Work award-winner, has immediate openings for Dining Servers in our assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing dining rooms. FT positions available to work Breakfast/Lunch 6:45am to 3:15pm OR Lunch/Dinner 10:45am to 7:15pm.

Youll work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents nutritional care plans. Youll serve meals and create a pleasant dining experience.

What Youll Get:

  • Compensation: $16.30 to $21.50, commensurate with experience

What Youll Do:

  • Assist assigned residents with their dining needs

  • Determine need for assistance and provide support during meals

  • Use proper food handling techniques during service


What Youll Need to Qualify :

  • Current high school student, if non student high school diploma or GED preferred

  • Successful completion of a state-approved Paid Feeding Assistant training program a plus

  • Ability to recognize residents needs and respond with compassion

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

  • A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
