Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk : This is a key role within our organization that combines front-office reception duties with data entry tasks.

Position: Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently into company order software .
  • Handling office supplies inventory and reordering as needed.
  • Supporting other secretarial tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, data entry clerk, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual written and spoken (English is must ) and Spanish would be a plus
