Job Type Full-timeDescriptionA Journeyman Plumber is needed for Residential and Commercial jobs in the Jacksonville, Florida and the surrounding area. They will oversees the completion of all aspects of plumbing projects. Performs a full range of plumbing tasks safely, including assemble, install, or repair pipes according to specifications or plumbing codes.Inspects, installs and repairs plumbing fixturesLeads troubleshooting efforts and repairs always focused on quality servicesPromotes and fosters teamwork within the plumbing project crewMaintain organization and ensure schedules are metProvides support by managing, coordinating and following job schedules: i.e., labor hours, material costs, change ordersSupport a safe and clean work environment and follow company proceduresPerforms all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standardsThis position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organizationPerforms other duties and special projectsRequirementsPlumber Job Requirements:High School diploma or GED5 years of plumbing experienceKnowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair skillsAbility to develop and implement planned maintenance programsAbility to operate smartphone technology, hand tools and power toolsApply shop mathematics to solve problemsAble to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety proceduresAbility to work with minimal supervision and travel independentlyMust have a valid Drivers License & reliable transportationLegally eligible to work in the USPre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positionsBenefits Package of a Plumber Includes:Top industry weekly payDaily travel per diem of $50.00Outstanding Health Benefit PackageNine Company paid holidaysGenerous PTO Program401k with 100% company match (up to 6%)Company Paid Life InsuranceEmployee referral programTraining and Career Growth OpportunitiesWe offer challenging projects, outstanding benefits and training opportunities.
