We are looking for someone with good hands-on experience with fly fishing, as well as product knowledge. Previous fly fishing experience is preferred but not required.
The shop staff are required to answer incoming phone calls and respond in an intellectual and friendly manner, giving accurate information regarding pricing, the Yakima River, products and technical questions (Spey rods, ESN style fishing, different lines, flies, etc.).
Greeting Customers
Shop staff are required to present themselves with a positive attitude at all time with customer on the phone and especially in person. This can be difficult at times dealing with various personalities but it is very important to be apart of our sales team.
We are all about providing excellent friendly customer service. Make the customer feel like they are important and make sure that we are giving them the best experience possible. If we don't have the answer to certain questions, we always make sure that we have the resources on hand to get them the correct answers they are looking for.

- Answer emails
- Answer phones
- Processing phone orders
- Operating POS/Checking out customers
- Booking activities
- Restock and tag inventory
- Organize showroom
- Shuttles
- Boat Rentals
