We are looking forStaff Data Scientistto help reimagine the way we empower Suppliers and Sellers/Marketplaces with best-in-class omni-channel advertising tools at scale. This role will lead the adoption of our advertising products across customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise is statistical concepts, Casual Inference methods, A/B Testing, other Marketing Measurement methodologies ( MMM, MTA, Lift testing).
- Team Management experience with executive and client facing presentations
- Experience in product development lifecycle, aligning business and technical needs, determining rollout strategy and managing risks.
- Developing and enhancing ads measurement methodologies across sales lift, synthetic control groups, ghost ads, Intent-to-treat. Understanding of how to evaluate market opportunities and building business cases and drive alignment across cross-functional partners to achieve goals collaboratively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Operations research, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of Industry Experience in Ads Measurement, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech or related fields
- 3+ years of team management experience
