Location: Dearborn, MI

Start Date: 5/20/24

Pay Rate: $30-34/hr

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • 2+ years of experience as a calibration engineer
  • Experience working in one of the following areas: (Drivability Calibration, Emissions Calibration, or On board diagnostics Calibration)
  • Experience reading code

Plusses:

  • Masters in Engineering
  • Experience reading C code or Simulink
  • 5+ years of experience

Day to Day:

One of our automotive clients is looking for several Calibration Engineers to join their team in Dearborn, MI. The person in this role is going to be responsible for calibrating different parameters in vehicles both on the road and at test facilities within the Metro Detroit area. The key area's that we are looking for experience within are Emissions calibration, drivability calibration, and on board diagnostics calibration. The ideal candidate for this role will have a data driven and team player mentality.

Additional responsibilities in this role include:

- Calibrating parameters to meet certain targets/objectives

- Manipulating parameters

- Collecting and analyzing data

- Traveling 4-6 times per year at remote locations
