Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently
  • Participate in staff training and tax department meetings
  • Corporate Senior - prepare high-level corporate returns, familiar with various state tax returns, major credits, current relief acts, and prepare provisions/Fin 48 analysis
  • Provide assistance to peers and others when requested
  • Create positive impression with client by exhibiting professional competence and ability
  • Put forth a diligent effort to pass CPA Exam and advance technical knowledge
  • Proactively participates in professional development opportunities, i.e. Mentoring Program
  • Recognize extended to tax service opportunities at client and brings them to the attention of upper management

Education and Training
  • B.S. in Accounting
  • MS in Taxation
  • Eligible to sit for the CPA Exam
  • Understand all aspects of an engagement
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles and tax standards to effectively supervise staff and solve routine engagement principles.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience
