McGovern Automotive Group is a new and fast-growing automotive dealership that is hiring a Parts Shipper Receiver to work alongside us at our McGovern Ford at Drumhill, Lowell MA

The Parts Shipper Receiver will assist the parts, service, and wholesale departments in managing the intake and shipping of parts inventory, as well as pulling and replenishing the parts inventory for orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Checking in daily stock and special-order parts
  • Pulling and replenishing the parts department inventory
  • Assist parts counter personnel & drivers
  • Deliver parts to wholesale customers as needed
  • Shipping of parts order
  • Dispatch support for our wholesale drivers which includes route planning, loading/unloading wholesale trucks, facilitate pickup/drop offs for our parts departments, & communicate ETAs to repair facilities.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings and must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
