Responsibilities: Collaborate with category procurement teams and facilities on Assurance of supply initiatives, capacity planning with key suppliers, supplier NPI readiness, and improving supplier quality performance as required. Interactions with various suppliers to coordinate supply, develop understanding of capacity, NPI readiness, etc. Significant time typically spent in MS Teams meetings; also interacting with facility supply chain and procurement teams. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar; minimum of 8 years of working experience. Technical Skills Required: Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing engineering, process control, lean manufacturing concepts, capacity planning. Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization; able to promote collaboration with external suppliers; able to work independently with minimal supervision; able to navigate a complex matrix organization. Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
