Base Pay Range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Cypress HCM This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company in the medical equipment industry The Business Transformation Office (BTO) has responsibility for expertise in the areas of project management, continuous improvement and change management for projects and programs in support of strategic, as well as departmental initiatives. Many of the elements will require significant problem solving, technology, outside expertise and other forms of work which should be managed professionally in the form of projects to increase their success rate. The Project Manager will serve as a member of the Value Delivery Office (VDO/PMO). He/she reports to the Director, Value Delivery Office, and is responsible for business case development, project management and project results for business initiatives. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to support the development of detailed project proposals and present business cases that demonstrate ROI. Ensure appropriate funding approvals are obtained and provide ongoing updates on project budgets and timelines as needed. (80%) Utilize project management expertise to lead and execute projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Apply best practices in project management to drive effective execution, including: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define project scope, set objectives, and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership, including leading meetings and providing regular project updates. Lead cross-functional project teams, delegate tasks, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts to achieve project goals. Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Analyze project challenges, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions to overcome obstacles. Monitor project progress using project management tools/software, and report on key milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations through effective quality assurance processes. Manage change within projects, adjust plans as needed, and drive continuous improvement based on project outcomes and feedback. Must be able to maintain productive working relationships and treat fellow employees with respect. Has contact with: department team members, project stakeholders throughout KS Physical requirement/Demands: Frequently standing or walking, considerable mental effort, manual dexterity for computer and electronic work Mental requirements/Emotional Demands: Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and work situations Interpersonal and communication skills: Verbal, written, presentation and problem solving skills (20%) Contribute to the evolution of Business Transformation Office and Value Delivery Office through enhancements of project reviews, engagement with CSTO practices, and engagement with stakeholders through best practice forums like VDO Town Hall sessions. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience required. Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and Planner Manages relationships with project stakeholders and team members. Collaborates to achieve goals. Ensures accountability and honors commitments. Learns continuously. Preferred: PMP certification preferred. Agile experience and Certified Scrum Master preferred. Project Management and related project related work. Technical experience and expertise to ensure success of complex software and technology projects. Experience with complex software projects is required, ERP (SAP) application, Salesforce, other cloud based SaaS experience preferred. Experience working with project management tools, MS Project or Service Now preferred. Business Analyst experience preferred. Understanding of process improvement, accounting / finance principles and operations strongly preferred. Healthcare, medical device or a related industry experience preferred. Prior experience working with global organizations preferred.
