Sr Project Manager

Qualification: 8+ years of IT project management experience with increasing responsibility and proven track record in leading delivery of medium and large, complex IT projects. Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field. Excellent written, communication and documentation skills. Strong knowledge of project management processes, methods, and standards. Experience with managing a matrix team consisting of internal resources, customers, and vendors. Must be able to support the processes and communications related to project execution. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience in Toxicology - Drug Testing / Lab information Management system is a plus. Experience in implementing proper IT policies/procedures. Dynamic personality. Role: Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production. Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment. Defines resources and schedules for project/program implementation. Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Efficiently identifies and solves project issues. Designs and maintains technical and project documentation. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
