We are looking for a detailed and organized professional to join our finance and accounting team The Finance Specialists primary responsibilities will include:

• Bookkeeping through QuickBooks
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable with a focus on managing billable expenses and preparing invoices to our members.
• Preparing account and bank reconciliations, generating reports, performing pricing analysis, etc .

The most qualified candidates will have:

• 3+ years experience in finance, accounting and bookkeeping with academic background in finance, accounting or business management.
• Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products.
• 2+ years in-depth knowledge of desktop QuickBooks software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
