The role will be responsible for the day-to-day Financial Accounting activities for the Acumed Iberica and Acumed of Germany legal entities, providing direct support to the Financial Controller, ensuring compliance and integrity.

Role typically requires at least 5 years of experience. Advanced English - written and spoken is required.

Responsible of Accounts Payable Banking responsibilities: payment preparation and reconciliation. Fixed Assets booking and control. Monthly Accrual preparations. GL accounts Monthly reconciliations. Travel expenses verification from an accounting and company compliance point of view. Tax Forms submission ensuring compliance with the local Tax authority requirements. SG&A monthly expenses control. Support month-end close processes, ensuring the completeness of accounting records. Monthly payroll validation and control. External audit support on the Annual Audit requirements. Flagging and notification/escalation of unusual and/or high transactions. Ad-hoc reporting generation.

Liaise with external German Accountants. Provide to the external accounts all transactions to be booked on a monthly basis (invoices, stock variances, etc.). Monitor daily cash position and manage Bank account. Trial Balance Submission for corporate consolidation. Supervise Monthly Financials Statements ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsible for the Monthly Reporting to corporate. Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
