•Support the design, development, testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITSM applications: Primarily - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management (configuring SLAs)
•Configure integrations with other data sources.
•Identify, configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues.
