We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide exceptional care under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Case Manager at various locations in Central and North-Central Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physician's plan of care.
- Provide provide general oversight of resident safety
- Update the plan of care with new or changed goals/interventions as needed.
- Complete a skills competency checklist within 90 days and maintain annual agency training requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
