STATUS: Salaried, Exempt, At-Will Employee

REPORTS TO: Student Living Director

FTE: 1

The Program Lead creates and maintains a safe learning environment for employees and students at

Geneva. They work with the residential director of Telos U to complete administrative duties as well as

special assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Program development
  • Create and enforce policy around safety and security for staff and students
  • Working with parent concerns
  • Attending parent tours
  • Provide students with safe, fun recreational activities
  • Hold staff-run therapeutic groups
  • Collaborates with all other directors to ensure quality of services
  • Adheres to basic professional courtesies
  • Participates in all Goodness of Fit and Failure to Progress meetings
  • Ensures the quality of all Student Living staff
  • Supervises Resident Advisors and Geneva Campus Supervisors
  • Responds to emergency situations including calls regarding the Emergency Contact Blueprint
  • Leads out and oversees weekly apartment meetings
  • Maintains vital systems which include, but are not limited to scheduling, hiring, activities, budgets, cleanliness, phone calls, snack inventory and meals
  • Offers or oversees well represented building tours to prospective families and Education consultants
  • Sets and achieves yearly strategic goals
  • Attending Student Team on a regular basis and all other required meetings/conferences
  • Coordinate and communicate changes to the Resident Advisors schedule as needed
  • Coordinate transports for students in your apartment as needed. Review visit contracts weekly
