Day-to-day activities Approach customers to understand their needs by asking questions and listening. Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts. Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, and promotions inside and outside the store. Assist with store opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits as governed by operations standards. Stay professional and confident in product knowledge and features. Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and be willing to undergo a background check. Ability to work nights and weekends.
