Were currently in search of a Barista Supervisor for Neighbors Cafe who shares these values and will champion them at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Who strives to motivate the team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning as we all continue to grow. Were looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone whos not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

Qualifications:
About you...
  • Is passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry and has a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Has prior experience in luxury or an upscale environment, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
  • Prior Latte Art experience and coffee knowledge is a plus.
