Systems Analyst I with Security Clearance Join to apply for the Systems Analyst I with Security Clearance role at Akima Infrastructure Services. Compass Point is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team supporting USSOCOM. In this role, you will be a part of an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) process for USSOCOM locations across several networks and mission?critical applications. This position supports technical needs for services provided on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, and designated coalition networks, solicited by USSOCOM, its Component Commands, TSOCs, and deployed locations. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and obtain DoDM 8570 certifications along with a combination of education and demonstrated experience/training on networks and applications specific to the SIE / USSOCOM enterprise, IT service management, ITIL, and other relevant domains. Candidates must be able to work autonomously and exercise independent judgement on resolving complex technical issues without oversight as well as recommending creative and innovative ways to enhance the overall SIE ITSM. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today Responsibilities Applies specialized knowledge and independent judgment to support key tasks and lead project assignments. Plans and oversees technology projects, evaluating performance results and implementing improvements to ensure project success. Provides technical expertise and advisory support across multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Analyzes and resolves complex network and application issues, working directly with end?users and stakeholders to enhance system performance. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to present technical findings, recommend solutions, and document processes. Develops and implements troubleshooting strategies to proactively address technical challenges and optimize system functionality. Conducts system studies and process evaluations, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and technology utilization. Designs workflow charts and technical diagrams to document operations and improve program processes. Works independently, exercising discretion and judgment in resolving technical and operational challenges. Qualifications Basic understanding of technical support processes, including research, diagnosis, documentation, and resolution of issues with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, MS Office applications, email, and internet connections. Ability to determine when to elevate issues to specialized teams (e.g., Desktop Support, Network Administration). Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and applications pertinent to a service desk environment. Fundamental experience in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of operating systems within a helpdesk or service desk environment. Must have DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification. Must be able to maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification via continuing education requirements or re-certification. Able to obtain a Secret clearance.
