This position is the primary contact and safeguard regarding project operations and job flow for the home builders as well as Sunrun sales and field operations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare internal stakeholders for builder/community onboarding and lead the cross functional builder/community onboarding processCreate and manage builder community launches hand in hand with the Sunrun Builder Account ManagerAssess builder process and procedure, analyze viability, and implement new processes amongst internal operations stakeholders as applicableBe subject matter expert for all aspects related to builder/community performance within the assigned communitiesProvide analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders for program management improvementsManage operations relationship with homebuilder to ensure mutual satisfaction in program performanceObtain individual job releases from the builders and initiate Sunrun executionGather, process, and produce documentation per agreement with home builderMonitor individual job flow and ensure execution of all jobs within the assigned builder communities; identify and immediately tackle issues preventing proper and timely executionManage individual projects in CRM and builder software platform from lead creation through interconnection under final homebuyerCommunicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely mannerAssist AR and AP in preparation of payment tranches per strategic partner contractual termsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferredMinimum of 3 - 5 years of previous project coordination experienceSolar and/or production building experience preferredDemonstrated customer service skillsStrong verbal and written skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and internet use, Oracle experience a plusStrong work ethicAbility to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organizationPhysical DemandsAbility to perform normal office dutiesAbility to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of workAbility to interact and participate in meetingsRecruiter:Laura Morgan (laura.morgan@sunrun.com)Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act. Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:$59,657.85 to $79,543.80Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
