Location: Akron, OH Job Summary In this role as a Recruiting, Onboarding, and Service Delivery Specialist, you will be a dedicated and detail?oriented team member. You will play a pivotal part for Epiphany Management Group in ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering long?term success within our organization. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Manage full?cycle recruiting for call center and administrative positions. Collaborate with leaders to identify staffing needs. Partner with leadership to create and post engaging job descriptions that reflect our culture and attract diverse talent. Source, screen, maintain a pipeline, and interview qualified candidates onsite for various positions. Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness). Onboarding: Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process. Coordinate orientation sessions, ensuring recruits understand company culture, policies, and procedures. Address logistical needs (e.g., workspace setup, equipment, access). Facilitate connections between new employees and their colleagues. Create employee resources, including welcome kits and handbooks. Transitional Support: Assist with paperwork, benefits enrollment, and compliance requirements. Conduct office tours and introduce new team members. Communicate company policies (e.g., dress code, scheduling, parking). Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and refine the onboarding process. Partner with Operations and Executive Coordinator to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to enhance service delivery. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements during onboarding. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Service Delivery: Support other organizations; some aspects of this role involve special projects unrelated to recruiting and onboarding. Receive training and guidance to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail?oriented and organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously. Utility?player mindset. Prior experience with Paycor Recruiting and Indeed preferred. Experience 2+ years of prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR functions, preferably in high?volume or call center environments. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Knowledge of best practices in recruiting and onboarding. Requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies/technical details clearly and concisely. Advanced problem?solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates mentorship and coaching abilities; a desire to help others succeed. Demonstrates ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike. High level of organization and attention to detail for documentation and knowledge management. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to balance floor support with documentation tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day). Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and phone. Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video conferencing, and/or in person. Ability to read computer screens, emails, and documents. Ability to hear and respond during interviews, meetings, and calls. Ability to lift or carry event materials up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time during recruiting events or presentations. Ability to travel to job fairs, campus events, or company sites as needed.
