Additionally, our Technology Center for Hemostasis and Blood Gas Reagents is in Orangeburg, NY, and our Technology Center for Whole Blood Hemostasis is in San Diego, CA. Program Overview: At Werfen, our people are our most important asset. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) targets talented and ambitious developing professionals with high learning potential, strong personal values and ethics, and a passion for continuous learning. Designed to provide a unique, accelerated rotational experience, the program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of who we are and what we do here at Werfen that drives our passion for patient care. The two-year program is broken down into four, six-month rotations across select departments and project teams. Your rotational assignments will be customized to support your development and provide you with the knowledge and experience to support a successful and rewarding career with Werfen. Throughout your program experience, there will be regular discussions with your manager and the Program Lead to help identify options for career paths within Werfen. Unique networking opportunities, exposure to senior leadership and individual career coaching are available to all program participants. Responsibilities

Position Description : Key Responsibilities/Objectives: Work on projects directed by the rotational manager Understand the importance of each department to the company Keep up with the activities of the department Skill/Knowledge/Capabilities/Development: Proactive Ability to Multitask Transparency with the team Ability to think creatively with problem solving Oral and written communication skills Ability to simplify complex concepts Flexibility and ability to adapt to new routines Interest in HealthCare and IVD companies Rotations *: Marketing, Project Management, Operations or Regulatory Affairs, and North America Commercial Operations. *Note: the above is a general representation of the rotations for this role. Experience : Full time MBA or less then 1.5 years of professional work experience.
