Quinnipiac University is seeking a dynamic SeniorHR Generalist professional looking for an opportunity to help shape a positive and inclusive work culture and play a pivotal role supporting the Associate Vice President for Human Resources. Stay updated on changes in legislation and implement necessary changes to policies and proceduresAssist with managing leaves of absence (FMLA, disability, workers compensation) and accommodation requestsOversee performance evaluation processes, provide guidance to managers, and assist HRBPs in developing performance improvement plans when necessaryManage staff/faculty mandatory training complianceProject lead on learning and development, liaison with QUs Lifelong Learning for training cohorts, assist AVP with logistics for other leadership trainingLead or participate in HR projects and initiatives such as process improvements, policy reviewsDevelop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
