Reviews, analyzes, and processes various complex transactions involving electronic debits and credits to member's accounts. Schedules, monitors, and reviews automated processes to ensure job files are completed timely and is responsible for initiating contact for support of file issues. Ensures processing files are balanced daily, and rejects or differences are resolved as they represent member impact.Supports corporate and member wire transfer processing. Knowledge of NACHA guidelines, other applicable regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures. With a proactive approach, completes review of application reports ensuring files run with minimal exceptions.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support for tasks such as stop payments, charge-offs, RDI (return deposit items), and affidavits, following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.Review, research, retrieve, and document information pertaining to monthly file maintenance reviews, ensuring data accuracy and error detection.Review and resolve daily exception report items, maintaining appropriate files and records in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.Execute daily operations functions, including processing mail, charge-offs, address changes, dormant accounts, stop payments, corporate checks, RDI (return deposit items), and courtesy pay.Assist with ACH transactions, wire transfers, mobile deposit adjustments, garnishments, tax levies, and subpoenas.Develop knowledge of NACHA operating guidelines, particularly file delivery windows, return timeframes, and reason codes.Post, balance, and reconcile general ledger or subsidiary ledgers as assigned.Process items such as Cash Letters Adjustment, Encoding Adjustments, Mobile deposit adjustments, returned item chargeback, and share draft member disputes.Maintain credit union property records.Perform various operations functions, such as ACH transactions, item processing, exceptions, returned deposited items, wire transfers, mobile deposit adjustments, stop payments, unauthorized/disputed transactions, share draft member disputes, encoding adjustments, and supporting notices.Conduct financial and/or regulatory report reviews and follow-ups in relation to Reg. E, Reg. CC, and Reg. D excessive transaction monitoring, and other regulatory/compliance functions.Review reports from the core system to identify, analyze, and track ACH return activity (both originated and received), identify high-risk originators and out-of-pattern activity, and notify Risk and Compliance of findings for immediate action.Verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, including OFAC rules and regulations, and escalate items of concern to management and internal departments as needed.RequirementsQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School diploma1+ years' experience in operations and/or deposit servicing.Knowledge of financial deposit products and services.
