Job Description Job Description Social Media LeadZaner-Bloser is an educational solutions company specializing in delivering instruction focused on developing foundational skills for PreK6 students in ELA & Math. Our programs include Superkids, Building Fact Fluency, Kickstart Number Sense, Spelling Connections, Zaner-Bloser Handwriting , and more. As a member of the Highlights Family of Companies, we strive to always do what's right for children and make a significant contribution to their education.The Social Media Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing strategic social media initiatives to maximize brand awareness and conversions. Responsibilities include managing Zaner-Blosers social media strategy and tactics, ensuring social media campaigns receive high engagement and drive new followers, and analyzing campaign performance for optimization recommendations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop a strategic approach to content ideation that aligns with our business objectives and is informed by our buyers journey, personas, analytics, and industry trendsLeverage social media listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities, and use the insights to refine strategies and identify opportunities for engagement and acquisitionAdvise product experts, copywriters and designers on organic social media best practices to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for performanceStay current with social media best practices and evolving platforms and technologiesSchedule social posts in a social management platform and maintain content calendarMonitor and respond to comments from users across social channelsChange agent comfortable with proposing process improvements and efficienciesTrack success of social campaigns from goal setting to defining and tracking social media KPIsQualifications:5+ years of hands-on social media experienceBachelors' Degree in Marketing or related fieldIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesProficiency in using AgoraPulse or a similar social media management softwareAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyContent writing experience a plusHighly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid environment with multiple stakeholdersOrganized with a high attention to detailStrategic thinker with intellectual curiositySolid organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong work ethic with a growth mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
