Job Description:
  • Provides technical support for computers and associated networks for office works as well as employees in a large distribution center.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support for laptop, mobile devices and applications through walk up service (hours of operation 8-4).
  • Provide customer support at desk for desktop pcs, laptops, peripherals, phones, printers, multi-function devices and applications within the distribution center.
  • Network jack activations.
  • Inventory management.
  • PC imaging.
  • Track work through IT Service Management System.
  • Track asset status / ownership through Asset Management System.
  • Deploy computers to new hires through walk up service, perform initial logon / configuration.
  • Network connectivity for end users.
  • Troubleshooting of MS Office 365 Tools in Enterprise Suite.
  • Collaborate with Techs across all US Deskside Teams.
  • First level A/V and V/C equipment support.
  • Windows 10 knowledge.
  • Competency in use of Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream, OneDrive, SharePoint in an Enterprise environment.
  • Troubleshooting issues with Exchange online and Exchange on premise.
  • IT Service Management Tools (eg. Remedy, ServiceNow).
  • sset Management Tools (Remedy).
  • ctive Directory (equipment organization, lookups, password management).
