**Who We Are:**

VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center, located in Fishers, IN, is open 24/7, 365 days a year, and provides a wide range of specialty, critical care and emergency services. Our services and medical equipment mirror what one would find at a human medical center. We offer a team approach to veterinary medicine where specialists work together to provide the most advanced care possible for every patient utilizing the newest diagnostic equipment and therapeutic techniques.

**Snapshot of our Client Service Team:**

Providing an excellent customer experience to every client that enters our facility. Includes greeting visitors, answering telephones, and assisting clients throughout their visit

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments and assisting with credit applications

Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care

Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

Assist with keeping facility clean and organized at all times

**Schedule:** We are accepting both full- time and part-time candidates for our **evening, 2nd shift,** or **overnight, 3rd shift, team** .

We do offer a shift differential of $3/hour to all hours worked between 10p and 6 am.

**Qualifications:**

We are looking for candidates who understand that being the first contact for our clients is vital to their overall experience with us. Veterinary experience is not required.

+ Must be able to work on-site at located in Fishers, IN. This is not a remote position.

+ At least one year of proven past experience providing excellent customer service througt either employment or volunteer work

+ Excellent listening and communication skills

+ Compassion for pets and peopleas well as awareness and understanding of others reactions

+ The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
