Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skills & Interviewing Skills.
  • Required language(s): English and Japanese/Korean good command in speaking and written.
  • Candidate must have proven good academic results.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring manager, Talent Acquisition manager and team members to understand the hiring requirements and expectations.
  • Source and screen potential candidate from job portal, social media, LinkedIn and etc. to fill company job vacancies.
  • Liaise with hiring manager in scheduling the interviews and confirm with candidate on the scheduled date and time.
  • Involve in end-to-end recruitment process (First screening, follow up on availability, documents collection, extending offer to candidate)
  • Address candidates enquiries about the job scope, benefit and etc. in a professional way.
  • Update recruitment related reports and trackers.
  • Participate in organizing recruitment events such as walk-in career drive, campus career fair and etc.
  • Complete any other tasks assign by Talent Acquisition manager.
