ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities

+ Develop solutions in support of Defensive Cybersecurity Operations.

+ Develop prototypes, answer new questions, and provide better answers to existing questions.

+ Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated, fast-paced environment using leading technologies.

+ Act as the development teams' primary point of contact for individual Cybersecurity missions as requested. This position's primary support is to Blue Team missions with opportunities to support Red, Hunt and JCMA missions as required.

+ Provide mentorship to other developers and be open to learning techniques and tools from other developers.

+ Leverage skills to look for areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

+ Secondary opportunity to support the Data Science team.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.

+ An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position

+ Computer Science (CS) degree or related field

+ TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

+ Cybersecurity

+ Python

+ Splunk

+ Gitlab experience

+ Atlassian Jira

+ Interfacing with Restful services

+ Java Scripting

+ Bash Scripting

+ Jenkins

+ Rancher/Kubernetes

+ Docker

+ Airflow

+ Data Science/Machine Learning?

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role?
