In this position you will develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance efficiency while conducting expert-level troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and office furniture. As a personnel manager you will lead training programs for maintenance staff to ensure high competency levels. You will be asked to manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service agreements while ensuring all maintenance activities are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $33.38 - $45.90. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
