Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work 15-20 hours per week; Monday-Friday; 8:00am-3:00pm
Qualifications Document imaging and/or office experience preferred; Ability to operate scanners, computers and maintain quality standards; Ability to interact positively with agency co-workers and DSS staff; Ability to provide strict adherence to the confidentiality of records.
Relevant Certifications A high school diploma is required.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Authorized to work in the United States and pass all background clearances.
Summary/Objective The Imaging Clerk is responsible for the scanning, indexing and quality control of confidential documents at the St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services (DSS). This position will also adhere to Agency policy and procedural guidelines at the Department of Social Services.

Supervisory Responsibility No supervision is expected for this position.

Work Environment The work performed will be at the Department of Social Services building in Canton, NY.
