We assist clients in consolidating financial solutions into a cohesive plan to achieve their goals. Our services include investment advisory, insurance, and securities products, provided through trusted affiliates like Eagle Strategies LLC and NYLIFE Securities LLC. With a strong commitment to our clients' future, we handle the complexities of financial planning, allowing clients to focus on their professional pursuits. About the Role We are a growing, values-driven financial planning practice seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to support day-to-day operations and enhance the experience of our clients. This is a dynamic, hands-on role best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys problem-solving independently, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish. You'll work closely with the lead advisor and play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Client Support & Communication: Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally; coordinate and schedule client meetings. Administrative Operations: Manage client records, documentation, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance. Task Ownership: Carry projects as far as possible independently before seeking guidance; demonstrate initiative in problem-solving. Research & Resourcefulness: Proactively seek answers and solutions using available resources (e.g., systems, vendors, team knowledge). Follow-up & Organization: Track outstanding items, follow up with clients or providers, and ensure timely task completion. Back-office Support: Assist with paperwork preparation, account openings, transfers, and ongoing service needs. Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM tools, financial planning software, document management platforms, and email efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
