Key Responsibilities:

Ownership over a defined book of business with operational freedom and support to drive customer success and outcomes

Collaborate on the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal

Identify and track key metrics around product consumption and identify opportunities for optimization and/or expansion

Required Qualifications:

Excitement to be at a startup

Experience negotiating and closing renewals

Background supporting a technical product or API product

1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
